Facts that may be useful for studying the VAASTU of the property.
DETAILS AT GROUND LEVEL
1. Size of the Plot: 37 mts. x 27 mts. Perfect rectangle with all sides 90 degrees.
2. Approach Road on North side of the plot.
3. Entrance into the plot from North-East corner approx. 10’ from East wall.
4. Well in North-East corner of the plot next to guard room.
5. Water sump for drinking water from corporation in North-East corner next to well.
6. Floor of guard room 6” lower than drive way.
7. Natural slope from South to North side of plot of approx. 2 feet, South being higher.
8. Created slope from West to East of the plot of a few inches, West being higher.
9. In effect of both side slopes, the North-East corner is lower than South-West by 2 feet.
10. South side of plot at ground level has covered Car Parking making that higher and heavier.
11. M.S.E.B. area in North-West corner of plot.
12. Garden on North side of the building has been kept lower than plinth by a few inches.
13. Plinth at parking level on the North-East side is 6” lower than the rest.
14. Entry to the building is from East side.
15. There is a central open to sky duct of approx. size 18’ x 10’ from parking to terrace level.
16. Boundary wall on South is highest.
17. Boundary walls on West & East of same height but decreasing in height from South to North.
