This was the 3rd construction Project of the Group. This Project is a Residential cum Commercial Complex on a Land having an area of 18,456 sq.ft. The Project situated near Sai Mandir on the Wardha road, was started in October 1996 and was completed in December 1997. This was our first attempt with the middle class segment and was an overwhelming success. This building without doubt introduced a new culture in construction for the middle classes. It altered the general belief that luxury and comfort were preserves for the elite only. You have to visit the building to appreciate the term ‘Value for Money’.
