7. Sanitary fittings of CERA make or equivalent in white colour.
8. All pipe lines of GI! PVC and will be concealed.
9. CP Fittings in basin and bathingarea will be of Jaguar (Continental).
10. Hot and cold water provision in bathing area only.
11. Other C.R fittings will be of Gaylord make orequivalent range.
12. Dado tiles will be provided above the Marble counter top but not below it.
