We diversified into construction in 1987 and have successfully completed the following projects:-


GANGA-KAVERI APARTMENTS
RAJ NAGAR

Completed in 1990, this building was one of the first in Nagpur to have flats of 1500 sq. ft. each. Even after more than 11 years, it remains one of the better addresses in the locality. The fact that we laid a 1.5 km sewerage line at our own cost for this building speaks of our commitment to provide proper facilities.


PARIJAAT APARTMENTS
NEXT TO SAI MANDIR, WARDHA ROAD

Our first attempt with the middle class segment was an overwhelming success. This building without doubt introduced a new culture in construction for the middle classes. It altered the general belief that luxury and comfort was preserve of the elite. You have to visit the building to understand the term ‘Value for Money’.

     


GULMOHAR APARTMENTS
(RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL) CIVIL LINES

Completed in 1995, it is one of the most posh buildings of its time, and was the first in Nagpur to offer 3 , 4 & 5 Bedroom ‘Duplex’ apartments with Terraces. It is set in the serene-yet-central business area of Civil Lines.
‘Gulmohar’ remains one of the best-maintained Land Marks of the city.


NISHIGANDHA APARTMENTS
NEAR AJNI SQUARE, WARDHA ROAD

This is a Residential cum Commercial Project on a Land having an area of 20700 sq. ft., situated at Prashant Nagar. Continuing the tradition of high standards set by us at Parijaat, we designed Nishigandha with even better facilities and open spaces.

This scheme has 3, 4 and 5 bedroom apartments.
