We introduce ourselves as Builders and Developers who take pride in creating Residential and Commercial spaces with not only structural elegance but also a warm atmosphere.

We have successfully completed 8 schemes (Residential and Commercial) and we have a ongoing scheme by the name of, Lake View Enclave.

Cityscape of Nagpur has changed tremendously in the past few years due to growing awareness amongst the citizens. Buildings have become friendlier functionally as well as aesthetically. Quality of construction is given a lot more importance and care is being taken to maintain and improve the standards in construction. The legal clearances, which are also now a must in every buyer's checklist come at the top of our priority list. Another very important aspect for a consumer while deciding on a property is the ratio of Carpet area (the floor space which the consumer gets actually) and Built up area (the area under his direct possession) to the Super Built up area (the area for which the consumer pays which includes the common areas and passages). These ratios in our constructions are also very high, in fact, higher than the average Nagpur market standards for the same.

Our GROUP was founded by Late SHRI SUBHAS AGARWALA a well-known Industrialist known for his commitment to business ethics, a highly respected social figure and an accomplished sportsman of international fame. The Group Companies include Sandeep Dwellers Pvt. Ltd., Vidarbha Industries Ltd., Arpana Enterprises and Exotic Orchards (Nagpur) Pvt. Ltd.

Sandeep Dwellers Pvt. Ltd. is our main Construction Company, which is now headed by Mr.Ashok Agarwala. The other directors are Mr. Harish K. Dass, Mr. Anil Agarwala and Mr.Gaurav Agarwala.

We have constructed homes ranging from duplex apartments of 4 and 5 Bedrooms to 2, 3 and 4 Bedroom Flats totaling to approx 2,23,000 sq.ft. area of construction. In addition to this we have successfully completed construction of Commercial Spaces consisting of Showrooms, Offices, etc. of approx. 30,000 sq.ft. Commercial spaces include Gulmohar Commercial, a building which has Basement, Ground Floor Showroom spaces and three floors for offices, where our Head Office is also located.

BRIEF PROFILE OF THE PROMOTERS AND THE KEY PERSONS OF THE GROUP

Mr. Ashok Agarwala, aged about 49 years, is the Managing Director of the Group. He has done his M.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from the University Of Sheffield, U.K. He looks after the overall management of the Group.

Mr. Anil Agarwala aged about 40 years, is the Executive Director of the Group. He is a commerce graduate. He mainly looks after the designing and marketing aspects of various projects.

Mr. Harish Kumar Dass aged about 65 years, is a senior Corporate Executive with the Group. He is a Mining Engineer by qualification. He is a with over 30 years diversified experience of managing Mines, Projects, Industry, and Construction etc. He too uses his expertise in overall management, legal and marketing activities of the Group.

Mr. Gaurav Agarwala aged about 26 years, is the Director in the Group. He is a post graduate in commerce and has done his Article ship for CA with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mumbai. He mainly looks after the finance and marketing aspects of the group.
